Dorothy C. Waybright

Dorothy Chloe Waybright, 87, of Parkersburg, W.Va. died Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born January 2, 1930 at Leachtown, W.Va., a daughter of the late Reverend Joseph W. and Goldie Mae (Leasure) Richards.Dorothy dearly loved her family and her flowers.She was retired from Nashua Photo and was a member of Rosemar United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Rodney Waybright (Rosie) and Ricky Lee Waybright (Cheryl) all of Parkersburg; two grandchildren Valerie Matthews and Erika Kreig; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Okey Richards of Arab, Alabama; and a great-nephew Evan Pugh. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee Waybright, two sisters and five brothers. Funeral services will be 11 AM, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg.Pastor Danny McVey will officiate and interment will be in Vaught Chapel Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday and 1 hr. before services Saturday at the funeral home.
