Donna Marie Mitchell

Donna Marie Mitchell, 58, of West Colombia, Mason County, West Virginia, and formerly of Vienna, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She was born August 9, 1956 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a daughter of Lulie "Ethel" Price of Woodsville, West Virginia and the late Carl Pauley. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather,Herbert Hover Price; two daughters, Syrena Toppings and Sabrena Toppings; and one brother, Alvin Pauley. In addition to her mother, Donna is survived by three daughters, Michelle Holstein, Velva Holdren, and Georgina Toppings; two sons, Billy Arpin and Scott Toppings; three sisters, Ann McNeely, Sue Roberts, and Julie Matheney; and one brother, Ray "Bob" Pauley; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
