Debra Zee Randolph, 67, formerly of Williamstown, WV passed away October 8, 2017 at The Willows.She was born September 1, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Delbert Roland and Verna Mildred Biles Kelly.She was a homemaker and had been employed as a Beautician.She loved volunteering at the Parkersburg Humane Society. She is survived by her son Scott (Sherri) Miller of Evans, WV, two grandchildren, Allyson and Kelsey Miller, two sisters, Judy Lantz and Roseland Lund. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter, Kisha Annette Wagoner.
