David Allen Lawson

David Lawson, 56, of Parkersburg passed away December 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 19, 1963 in Kingwood, WV. He is the son of Janet Little and Eugene Knotts and the late Larry Lawson. David was an avid bike rider and a very unique person. In addition to his mother and step father, left behind to cherish his memory are his siblings, Timothy Lawson of Friendsville, MD, Debra Clegg (Michael) of Davisville, WV, Cheryl Barger (Steve) of Lakeland, FL, Lisa Heilman (Ben) of Lake Wales, FL and Kimberly Kimes (Mark) of Parkersburg; several nieces and nephews, Megan, Sheldon, Charity, Brandon, Rick, Steven, Brock, Anni, Sadie and Gracie. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Donovan Wright. Kimes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements and there will be no public services at this time.
