David Franklin Carlos Forinash, 26, of Parkersburg passed away May 2, 2020 at his residence.He was born May 8, 1993 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Randall Dow Forinash and Angela Wallace.He loved his family and was a good stay-at-home dad. In addition to his mother, left to cherish his memory are two sons, Kale and Kristopher Forinash of Parkersburg, two daughters, Macey and Marley Forinash, two brothers, Austin Wallace of Waverly, WV and Hunter Forinash of Lower Salem, Ohio, and two sisters, Holly and Sandra Forinash both of Marietta, Ohio. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later time.Kimes Funeral Home is assisting the family.
