David H. Foggin

David H. Foggin, 83, of Vienna, WV passed away January 14, 2025, at his residence.

David was part-owner of D&L Foggin Builders with his brother Larry, where their sons and brothers had all worked throughout the years.

He is survived by two sons, David S. (Casey) Foggin and Brian (Kelly) Foggin; his sister, Susan Huron; his twin brother, Delbert (Betty) Foggin; grandkids Cory, Nathaniel and Seth Foggin, Brittney (Nick) Friend, Brian Matthew Foggin, Kara (Braden) Strahler, and Jessica Foggin; and four great-grandchildren Emma Foggin, Dylan and Hunter Friend, and Stetson Strahler.

David was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years Garnett; his parents William and Nellie Foggin; brothers, Tom and Larry; sister, Leona; and a grandson Daniel.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
