Clarence “Pete” Haga, 76, of Cairo, West Virginia, died on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Pete was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, son of the late Clarence Wayne and Ruth McGinnis Haga.
He was a member of the Ritchie County Car Club, and he enjoyed fishing, camping, and tearing up, working on, and using his Ventrac.
Those remaining to carry his memory include his daughter, Kelly Haga; son, Alan Haga; grandchildren, Brittany Nichole, Louden Haga, Avery Haga (Buddy), Ryan McGrew (Brooke), and Megan McGrew (Chase); and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of forty-six years, Karen D. McCollum Haga in 2016.
Pete will be laid to rest with a private service. Memorial donations, in his honor, may be made to the Cairo High School Alumni Association, c/o Carrol Layfield, 1078 Main Street, Cairo, WV 26337.
