Charles Lee Roberts

Charles Lee Roberts, 88, of Parkersburg passed away at Worthington Health Care on September 16, 2020.He was born March 24, 1932 in Reedy, WV to the late Virgil and Bertha Kellow Roberts.He retired from the Wood County Board of Education as a Mechanic.He was a member of the Davis Memorial Wesleyan Church and was a U. S. Air Force Veteran. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Margie ( Bennett ) Roberts, one son, Brian (Melissa) Roberts of Fate, Texas and three daughters, Marlene (Mike) Colombo of Parkersburg, Cindy (Mike) Clayborn of The Plains, Virginia and Brenda (Starling) Holbert of Grantsville, WV, four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Olivia and Rudy and one sister, Betty Boyd of Belpre, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. There will be a private burial of ashes at the convenience of the family at Fairview Cemetery in Reedy, WV.Kimes Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
