Brainard W. Lott, 91, of Parkersburg passed away August 16, 2019 at his home.There will be a visitation on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from Noon until 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg.A Funeral Service will follow at 1 p.m. also at the funeral home.
