Bill Cole

William David Cole passed away June 10, 2024, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

Bill was born in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, a son of the late William T. and Fay Wright Cole.

He was a 1974 graduate of Parkersburg High School and worked as a mail carrier for the United State Postal Service. Bill enjoyed fishing, travel and coaching wrestling and baseball.

Bill is survived by two sons, William Daniel Cole (Mindy) and David Allen Cole, both of Parkersburg; sister, Deborah Wallace of Port Orange, Florida; and two grandsons, Sean Jeffrey David Cole and Maddox Daniel Cole.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 39 years, Norma Jean Cole; grandson, Teagen Connor Cole; and brother, James Daniel Cole.

Bill had prearranged his final requests and in keeping with his wishes, there will be no public visitation or service.
