Beverly Jean Parsons

Beverly Jean Parsons, 61, of Mineral Wells, WV passed away February 15, 2018 at her residence.She was born November 26, 1956 in Parkersburg to Mary Smith Moore. She worked at G. C. Murphy Co. in Sales and also worked in Specialized Family Care.She was a member of the Chesterville United Methodist Church and loved her grandchildren and shopping. She is survived by one son, Benjamin Parsons of Mineral Wells, WV, one daughter, Megan (David) Taylor of Washington, WV, three grandchildren, Gabriel, Amelia and Samuel, two brothers, Doug (Doreen) Moore of Rockport and Junior (Linda) Moore of Parkersburg and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Parsons and a daughter, Amy Parsons. Memorial Donations may be made to a college fund for her grandchildren at Community Bank. Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Pastor Troy Derenberger officiating.Burial will follow at Pond Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.Visitation will be on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
