Betty J. Warner

Betty J. Warner, 89, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away January 21, at The Madison in Morgantown, WV. She was born in Kent, Ohio, on January 27, 1926, to the late Olis and Alma Daniels Vannoy. She was a homemaker, and loved sewing and baking. She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Goudy and husband, Bill Ward, of Williamstown, W.Va. and Jill Molla and husband, Bill, of Morgantown, W.Va.; grandchildren. Todd Goudy, Esq. and wife, April, of Cross Lanes, W.Va., Chad Goudy and Heather Trembly of Parkersburg, W.Va., Tara Tipton and husband, Kevin Tipton, Esq. and Deidra Marshall and husband, Dr. Thomas Marshall, all of Morgantown, W.Va.; and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Harley H. Warner, in 1980. At Betty’s request, there will be no visitation.Graveside services will be held2 p.m. onSaturday, January 30, 2016 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, with Tom Powers officiating.The Vaughan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Parkersburg, or the American Cancer Society.
