Arthur Junior Young

Arthur Junior Young, 91, of Vienna passed away August 2, 2018 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home.He was born in Jackson County, WV to the late Arthur and Ida Ozella Redman Young.He was a Foreman for Ohio Power Company and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Frieda L. Young, two sons, Arthur G. (Darla) of Madison, Ohio and Carl E. Young of Parkersburg, WV, two daughters, Rita (Mike) Pierce of Iron, Minnesota and Lisa (Kevin) Gilkey of Little Hocking, Ohio, eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, two brothers, Delford (Opal) Young of West Union, WV and Royal (Nancy) Jackson of Georgia, one sister, Regina Young and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by six brothers, Raymond, Dwight and Clayton Young, and Falford and Opha Campbell and an infant brother.Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Pastor Jim Yoak officiating.Burial will follow at Pine Twist Cemetery.Visitation will be on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.Online condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.kimesfuneralhome.com
