Arkie Royce Waldeck, 85, of Vienna, WV passed away July 7, 2018 at The Willows Center.He was born September 2, 1932 in Burnsville, WV to the late Brooks and Lucy Bowen Waldeck.He graduated from P. H. S. and had attended St. Andrews U. M. Church.He owned and operated American Dream Limo Service in Canton, Ohio and also worked as a Guard for Highmark Insurance.He was a U. S. Marine in the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his sister, Mary Espy of Belpre, Ohio, special friend and caregiver, Elsie Posey and also a special friend George (Janice) Jones and “Little George” of Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Waldeck, second wife, Cathy Ellen Waldeck and four brothers, Ray, Ralph, Ross and Clifford Waldeck, and one siser, Macel McCartney. Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Evangelist John Rockhold officiating.Entombment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Marietta, Ohio.Visitation will also be on Wednesday, July 2018 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
