Amanda Aileen O'Toole

Amanda Aileen O'Toole, 95, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 at her residence.She was born in Piqua, Ohio a daughter of the late Carl and Eva Kelley. Mrs. O'Toole was a former employee of the Roper Corporation in Newark, Ohio and retired from Lucent Technologies.She loved to travel, was very creative with a variety of crafts and was an avid collector of Boyd's Bears. Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Weekley of Parkersburg and Margaret Flanagan of Newark, Ohio; six grandchildren, Sherry Brown, Lisa (Jeremy) Lessner, Kim (Jeff) Augustein, Jody (Clarence) Brown, Drema (Gary) Shelton and Tracy (Vickie) Flanagan; six great-grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; herpet dogs, Max and Sheena and a special friend, Traci Cox of Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Michael O'Toole in 1973, one son, Michael O'Toole, one sister, Mary Powell, one brother, Robert Kelley and a grandson, Mark Brown. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pasi Sikio officiating.Graveside service and committal will be 1:00 P.M. Monday at the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Newark, Ohio with Reverend J.C.P. Sullivan conducting services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until time of service Sunday.
