Ada G. Weaver, 76, of Parkersburg, W.Va. died Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio. Mrs. Weaver was born September 11, 1937 at Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Ira and Pauline Sanders McConnell. She had been a phlebotomist working with Dr. Shah at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.She was a member of South Parkersburg Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Kay (Randy) Bowersock and Bonnie Lynn Myers, all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; three sons, Howard (Rachel) Weaver of Moncks Corner, S.C., Jeffrey A. Weaver and Matthew R. Weaver, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a brother, Earl (Donna) McConnell of Washington, W.Va.; a sister, Iris McCrady of Vienna, W.Va.; nineteen grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard R. Weaver; a special friend, Fred Lowers; and her brother-in-law, Jack McCrady. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg, W.Va.Pastor Joe Busch will officiate and burial will follow in the River Hill Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 2 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
