Ada Irene Walters

Ada Irene Pierce Walters, 89, of Parkersburg, WV passed away November 7, 2019 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home. She was born July 13, 1930 in Parkersburg and is the daughter of the late Austin Pierce and Mabel Springston Pierce. Ada was a member of South Parkersburg Baptist Church and worked as a realtor for many years at Betty Dye Realty. She had owned a retail shop and also the Virginia Apartments with her late sister, Jean Middleton. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and church family. Left behind to cherish her memory, is her daughters, Nikki Fisher of Parkersburg and Mona Lee (Ashton) Johnston of Falls Church, Virginia; two brothers, Larry and Rick Pierce both of Parkersburg; four grandchildren, Neil Hoge Johnston, Bennett Fountaine Johnston, William Edward Fisher and Joshua Allen Fisher. In addition to her parents and sister, she was preceded in death by two brothers Paul and Bud Pierce and an infant child. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 11:00AM at Kimes Funeral Home 521 5th Street Parkersburg, WV 26101 with burial to follow at Mt.
